networking opportunities with my peers. TTRA gives me the opportunity to be
published and my articles reviewed. GWTTRA is a regional subset of TTRA where we
can share research techniques and opportunities on a smaller more accessible
group.

Our annual symposiums at GWTTRA
are a wonderful way to keep learning in our profession. It is a small group of
around 30 participants and we all get involved and learn. No one goes away from
a GWTTRA symposium without enjoying the learning experience and the friendly
atmosphere.

As a director of a Convention &
Visitor Bureau my research budget it limited. Many of our research projects are
designed in-house. Through my membership with GWTTRA we have been able to check
our methodology with my friends at GWTTRA and extend our research budget
considerably.
